    • Using people’s unique strengths to build and create tools for navigating challenges
    • Providing a space in the therapy room where couples and families can feel safe, heard, and not judged so that they begin to explore strengths and challenges without reservations.

     Hello there!

I’m Kaley Blair, a couples and family therapist at UpliftME Attachment-Based Therapy. I am an avid reader and don’t leave the house without my Kindle or a book. I enjoy crafting, playing video games, swimming, and love to host game nights for my friends and family.

Esther PereI, a renowned psychotherapist and author, said “The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives”. I have found this to be true in my journey to becoming a couples and family therapist.  As I completed my Couple and Family Therapy program I found that I enjoyed working with couples and use this perspective to nourish their relational foundation, improve communication patterns, and increase intimacy. I believe that by focusing on their strengths as a couple, this will improve the way they show up in other aspects of their lives (being parents, friends, coworkers…etc.).

I attended the University of Colorado Denver for my Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I received my Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University New England. My therapy education and experiences are rooted in working systemically, meaning that I focus on the relationships between individuals and the systems they exist within.

As your couple’s therapist, you can expect to explore the idea that we are the sum of all our parts and acknowledge how the multifaceted nature of our identity and experiences affects others. Working collaboratively, we can create a safe space for open communication to identify and work towards your therapeutic goals.
