Services are offered in person at one of our two offices or virtually.  To schedule a call with our intake team complete the form below.  An intake team member will return your call within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).  During this call you can learn more about our therapists, locations, and availability.  You will also be able to schedule your first appointment.
